WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU



Now that you’ve purchased your Volvo, we want to make sure the delivery goes as smoothly as possible, which is why we’ve compiled the following information, covering everything we need from you. If you’re unsure about anything, then don’t hesitate to get in touch by clicking below.





INSURANCE


You are required to organise your drivers insurance prior to collecting your vehicle. Should you need some time to arrange this, you can take advantage of the Volvo driveaway insurance covering you for the day you collect your vehicle.



FREE VOLVO EXCESS RETURN VOUCHER


When you buy a new or used Volvo, we’ll give you one year’s FREE Excess Return voucher worth up to £250. It works alongside your car insurance policy and pays up to £250 of your excess in the event of a claim. Just remember to call us first, whoever you’re insured by.



VOLVO ON CALL


Please download the Volvo on Call app and ensure you have registered prior to collecting your new car. Please use download links here:


FINANCE


Your Sales Executive will send you a link for any paperwork that needs signing electronically. Please look out for this and ensure all paperwork is signed ahead of your vehicle handover.



PAYMENT

  • All finance deposits or payments for vehicle purchasing are to be made by the following method:

  • Electronic funds transfer (this is the preferred method of payment)

  • Electronic payment should be made via electronic/telegraphic transfer and will be required 24 hours before delivery.

Please note: No credit or debit card payments can be taken in the showroom


PART EXCHANGE (if applicable)


If you are part-exchanging your previous vehicle with us, then please ensure you have the following:


  • V5 registration document

  • Current MOT certificate (if applicable)

  • Service history book detailing stamps

  • Load space cover (estate/hatchback models)

  • All keys

  • Vehicle handbook pack

  • Locking wheel key (if fitted)
